HISTORY
On June 19, 2010,
five (5) like-minded, zealous women worked tirelessly to charter Lambda Zeta Sigma Alumnae Chapter in the Litchfield County area to expand the footprints of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated in the state of Connecticut.
Lambda Zeta Sigma was charted by Sorors April Floyd, Maureen Gore, Sharifa King, Tameka Grant-Mack, and Terri William. September 2020, the Northeaster Region and the Connecticut Chapters (undergraduate & alumnae) welcome back the newly reactivated Lambda Zeta Sigma Alumnae Chapter with fifteen (15) sorors ready to hit the ground running to cover the new territory covering the Western CT and lower Fairfield County.
The Lavish Lambda Zeta Sigma
has continued to grow and expand our reach in the communities we serve and are excited to continue the legacy of our founders.
